Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and large datasets.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing confidential information.
  • Effective communication skills in English; eager to learn and grow.
  • Interest in compensation, benefits, or people analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with market pricing, salary benchmarking, and maintaining reward frameworks using external data.
  • Prepare analyses, dashboards, and presentations; ensure data quality and respond to ad-hoc requests.
  • Support annual salary and bonus processes, including data preparation and reporting.
  • Help with benchmarking and analysis of global benefits programs.
  • Contribute to projects related to pay transparency and equity, and conduct research for leadership materials.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
