Job summary

This role involves supporting the CEO Office in a real estate investment firm by providing analytical insights on financial and strategic matters. The position requires collaboration with executive management and various teams to enhance decision-making processes related to the real estate portfolio and capital structure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, valuation, or corporate finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Interest in real estate, financial statements, and funding concepts

Responsibilities

• Analyze and present financial and macroeconomic data using tools like Bloomberg and internal data
• Prepare materials for management and board meetings during quarterly closes
• Support group valuation work and analyze the real estate portfolio
• Maintain accurate overviews of the debt portfolio
• Collaborate with investment teams on valuation analyses and decision support
• Work with the Corporate Finance team on funding and investor-related activities
• Improve financial models, data flows, and internal processes
• Conduct various ad hoc analyses across investments and strategic topics
