Job summary

This position involves working as an Analyst in the CEO Office, focusing on strategic, financial, and performance-related topics within a real estate investment context. The role requires hands-on data analysis and collaboration with executive management, investment teams, and corporate finance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with financial modelling, valuation, or corporate finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Interest in real estate and funding concepts

Responsibilities

• Analyze and present financial and macroeconomic data using tools like Bloomberg and internal data
• Prepare management and board materials for quarterly financial closes
• Support group valuation work and analyze real estate portfolio assumptions
• Maintain and enhance debt portfolio overviews for accuracy
• Collaborate with investment teams on valuation analyses and decision support
• Assist Corporate Finance with funding and investor-related activities, including bond issuances
• Improve financial models, data flows, and internal processes
• Conduct various ad hoc analyses across investments and strategic topics
