Job summary

An opportunity exists for a motivated student to join a Fund Performance team within Portfolio Management, focusing on financial performance frameworks across various funds. This role offers significant responsibility and exposure to core processes in a global investment organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the second or final year of a relevant bachelor’s degree, with plans to pursue a Master’s degree after summer.
• Strong academic performance.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with large datasets.
• Structured, detail-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility.
• Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with PowerBI is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and analytical work to support decision-making across funds.
• Prepare, consolidate, and validate data for fund-level forecasting and financial models.
• Build, maintain, and review fund performance, incentive, and carry models.
• Support scenario and sensitivity analyses across funds and investor structures.
• Prepare and maintain PowerBI dashboards and analytical materials for internal stakeholders.
• Create presentations and visual materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with annual and quarterly reporting and ad hoc analyses related to fund performance and investor inquiries.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate processes related to fund performance and reporting.
• Handle ad hoc analyses to support internal decision-making and investor-related questions.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s degree program, with plans for further studies.

Tools

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI (preferred).
