Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in a customer service role.
  • Advanced proficiency in GDS, specifically Sabre.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract obligations.
  • Strong commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange travel logistics including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation.
  • Customize reservations to meet client standards and preferences.
  • Provide informed recommendations to enhance the travel experience.
  • Manage a variety of booking complexities, including multi-destination and ticket exchanges.
  • Resolve issues related to travel arrangements as they arise.
