Job summary

The Ambassador Manager oversees the daily management, optimization, and performance of partnerships with ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creators. This role ensures that partners meet their commitments, enhances content quality in real time, and effectively executes promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of poker rules, terminology, and community dynamics.
• Proven experience managing influencer, streamer, ambassador, or creator relationships from onboarding to execution.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a history of tracking complex deliverables.
• High accuracy in auditing partner content and verifying compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Ability to analyze campaign activity and audience engagement metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners, managing communication and performance.
• Track deliverables, campaign activities, and promotional requirements monthly.
• Review partner content across platforms in real time.
• Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns for partner audiences.
• Submit monthly performance reports for each partner.
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams for campaign support.
• Coordinate with partners to gather necessary content assets.
• Review partner invoices at month-end and flag any issues.
• Assist in partner renewal discussions and onboarding processes.
• Mentor Junior Ambassador Managers in relationship management and campaign optimization.
