Job summary

The role focuses on driving AI transformation within a large organization, ensuring that AI becomes integral to daily operations across various departments. Qualifications

• Background in program management, change management, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation or change programs, particularly with technology adoption.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical teams and business leaders.
• Strong presence and trust at the executive level, with the capability to engage with teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and priorities for AI enablement across the organization.
• Design and implement a roadmap for workforce capability development, identifying critical roles and high-impact AI use cases.
• Coordinate AI training initiatives, defining content and delivery methods tailored to specific functions.
• Establish AI champion networks and run pilot programs to promote adoption.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI initiatives, defining KPIs for productivity and quality improvements.

Skills

• Fluency in AI concepts, tools, and applications.
• Strong change management skills to drive adoption and address resistance.
• Ability to create accountability among leaders for AI integration in their areas.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
