AI Solution Lead

Job summary

The role involves leading AI initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to shape AI strategies and translating them into actionable solutions. The AI Solution Lead will oversee the entire delivery process, ensuring quality and client satisfaction while mentoring engineers in the Nordic practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) on complex AI projects.
• Strong understanding of Harness Engineering and production-grade AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of the AI ecosystem, including large language models (LLMs) and modern machine learning frameworks.
• Experience in designing scalable and secure AI architectures.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define AI ambitions and develop value-driven solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full SDLC, ensuring delivery and quality of outcomes.
• Architect production-grade AI solutions based on solid engineering principles.

• Mentor engineers and contribute to the development of AI talent within the organization.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
