Job summary

The role involves serving as a strategic AI partner to senior business leaders, focusing on identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions within the organization. You will work closely with a specific business area to translate their challenges and priorities into actionable AI opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digitalization and AI, translating strategic goals into concrete initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the AI and digital solution landscape, including self-service AI capabilities.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and creating communication materials for senior leadership.
• Knowledge of project management, automation, or engineering design in manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on AI, helping senior leaders shape their AI agenda.
• Identify and assess emerging AI trends and tools to leverage innovations for business value.
• Facilitate workshops to convert business needs into well-defined AI opportunities.
• Support AI adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain a portfolio of use cases aligned with broader organizational strategies.
