AI Engineering Enablement Specialist

Job summary

The role focuses on promoting AI adoption within technical teams by creating accessible learning experiences. You will work with engineers to facilitate the use of AI tools and workflows, ensuring they are equipped to leverage modern AI technologies effectively.

Qualifications

• Educational background in technology management, computer science, technical communication, learning and development, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for coaching and hosting interactive sessions.
• Technical literacy with an understanding of software development workflows, including IDEs, Git, and CI/CD.
• Ability to build trust across diverse groups and actively listen to user needs.
• Experience with AI-assisted developer tools or technical training programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and hackathons to enhance AI tool usage among engineers.
• Connect engineering teams with the central AI team by gathering feedback and identifying workflow friction points.
• Assess technical needs and evaluate third-party AI solutions to shape the AI tooling portfolio.
• Build an internal community of practice through resources like playbooks and guides.
• Translate feedback into actionable insights to improve AI adoption.
