Qualifications

• Experience in training, coaching, or presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proactive approach to driving AI adoption and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer internal AI tools, including licensing and user training.
• Develop a roadmap for AI processes and workflows across departments.
• Measure and report on the impact of AI initiatives on productivity and engagement.
• Establish AI usage guidelines and collaborate on security best practices.
• Champion AI adoption organization-wide and create an AI learning program.
