Job summary

The Affiliate Manager is tasked with expanding the poker affiliate network, focusing on sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing new affiliate agreements while managing existing partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the poker landscape and player economics to drive acquisition and retention effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing and closing poker affiliate deals, with measurable acquisition and rake metrics.
• Strong knowledge of poker player economics, including rakeback structures and player segments.
• Established or quickly buildable relationships within the regional poker affiliate community.
• Familiarity with various poker affiliate deal structures such as CPA, rev share, and rakeback.
• Experience in monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions regarding partnerships.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to operate within set parameters.
