Affiliate Manager (Remote)

Job summary

The Affiliate Manager is tasked with expanding the casino and sports betting affiliate portfolio in the region. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing new affiliate agreements while managing existing partnerships to enhance commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing and closing casino and/or sports betting affiliate deals, demonstrating FTD and NGR success.
• Established or quickly build relationships within the regional affiliate landscape, including community and tipster channels.
• Strong understanding of affiliate deal structures such as CPA, rev share, and hybrid arrangements.
• Experience in monitoring traffic quality and player performance, with the ability to identify and address bonus abuse and low-value traffic.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgment, with the ability to operate within defined parameters.
• Capable of managing a growing affiliate book independently, including reporting and deal administration.
