Advisory Accountant (On-site)

Job summary

This role involves providing advisory services in accounting, audit, tax, and payroll for clients in the middle market. The position requires a deep understanding of clients' needs and industry standards to ensure compliance and effective financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Completion of 90+ credit hours towards a B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
• Must have passed ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA exam.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' needs, business operations, and industry-related accounting standards.
• Gain familiarity with ITC audit automation and ERP tools.
• Evaluate risks and assess clients' internal control structures.
• Conduct substantive tests and internal control assessments to address accounting or reporting discrepancies.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with established formats.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Education

• Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.

Tools

• Familiarity with audit automation tools and ERP systems.
