Job summary

This role involves supporting customers in navigating the claims process for flight compensation, ensuring that cases are handled efficiently from submission to resolution. The position is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover starting on 1 August 2026 and ending in September 2027.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Finnish is required; proficiency in another Nordic language is a plus.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong motivation to assist others and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess flight compensation claims.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, airlines, and advocates via email.
  • Organize case documentation in internal systems.
  • Prepare cases for the Finnish legal process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various teams and locations.
  • Contribute to team tasks and process improvements.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Comfortable using systems to manage case information.

Education
