Job summary

A collaborative Finance team is seeking an Accountant for a fixed-term maternity cover role. The position involves maintaining and enhancing accounting processes for the Nordics while reporting to the Head of Accounting & Controlling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in the finance industry
• Experience with fixed assets and/or high volume accruals is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete fixed asset cycle, ensuring accurate recording, capitalization, and reconciliation
• Collaborate with warehouse operations to track Capex project progress and validate asset coding
• Oversee marketing accruals and campaign accounting across multiple entities
• Conduct marketing variance analysis against budget and provide insights to finance leadership
• Support month-end close processes, audit preparations, and ad-hoc projects

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of complex data structures
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Interest in financial systems; experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud, is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
