About the role

Job summary

An experienced Account Manager is sought to drive B2B sales of specialized ingredients for the sports nutrition sector across selected European markets. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with full account ownership.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and effective communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen to identify new opportunities.
  • Proactive and commercially driven, comfortable with travel and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with the sports nutrition, food, or dairy industries is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop an account portfolio in selected EU markets, taking full responsibility for performance.
  • Create and implement customer plans, manage forecasts, and prioritize effectively under capacity constraints.
  • Negotiate agreements to achieve profitable growth while focusing on long-term relationships.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the Performance Nutrition strategy.
