Job summary

This role involves increasing revenue and fostering long-term customer relationships as an Account Manager III within a collaborative sales team. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction through consultative selling. The position requires a combination of customer visits and virtual engagement to serve as a trusted advisor in advancing scientific goals.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree with 5 years of sales experience, preferably in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors.
  • Preferred fields of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific disciplines.
  • Strong technical knowledge to understand customer applications and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
