About the role

Job summary

This role is focused on managing key customer relationships within the finance sector, specifically targeting Financial Controllers, Finance Directors, and CFOs at multinational SaaS and tech companies. The Account Manager will drive customer adoption, renewals, and upsells, ensuring clients recognize the value of the company's financial solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or a commercial delivery role with demonstrable outcomes.
  • Ability to engage confidently with CFOs on topics such as multi-entity finance and ROI.
  • Proven track record in driving customer adoption and expansion, rather than merely maintaining accounts.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage ambiguous engagements with clear plans and prioritization.
  • Daily use of AI tools with informed opinions on their effectiveness.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  • Finance or accounting background is a bonus.
  • Experience in a solutions-led or professional-services model focused on renewals and upsell is a plus.
