About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on driving sales and client relationships within the public sector, specifically in Central and Eastern Europe. The Account Executive will work on-site to help organizations leverage AI for enhanced situational awareness and intelligence in physical security.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in police or government.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and a relevant language for the region (Polish preferred); additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Commercial sales experience in a Public Sector or Government context.
  • Experience managing complex processes in the public sector, including bid and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Meet sales quotas through detailed sales campaigns and a measurable sales process.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline via proactive prospecting and strategic networking.
  • Cultivate and maintain valuable client relationships while navigating complex enterprise deals.
  • Develop insights into customer use cases and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to effectively position the company's solutions.
  • Provide product feedback to cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated drive for results and ownership of outcomes.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
