About the role

Job summary

This role involves managing the entire B2B sales cycle for an innovative AI-powered SaaS product across the Nordics region. The Account Executive will be the first client-facing representative in this area, responsible for driving sales from prospecting to contract signing while fostering long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling complex, consultative software solutions, particularly in B2B SaaS.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and present tailored digital solutions effectively.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts with SMBs and mid-market accounts, confidently closing deals.
  • Familiarity with lead qualification, discovery calls, and business development processes in SaaS sales.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and one Nordic language; German is a plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, with a data-driven approach.
  • A strong ambition to succeed and work independently in the Nordics region.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to gather market insights and drive expansion.
  • Team offsites twice a year in Europe.
