Job summary

Two positions are available for academic advisors at a higher education institution in Sønderborg, starting June 15, 2026. These roles focus on providing guidance to bachelor students in social science programs, including Business Administration and European Studies.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a social science bachelor program in Sønderborg.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer individual study guidance to bachelor students, including advice on study plans, exchange opportunities, and internships.
• Inform prospective students about programs and student life.
• Organize and conduct information meetings on electives, studying abroad, examinations, and master’s program choices.
• Assist during introduction days for new students.
• Support the integration of new students, particularly in their first and second semesters.
• Facilitate study groups for first-semester students.
• Conduct proactive counseling for students struggling with ECTS credits.
