Job summary

This part-time, fixed-term role supports the Health & Assurance department in enhancing health and safety communication within the organization. The position focuses on creating engaging content and initiatives that promote a positive health and safety culture for both offshore and onshore employees.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication, Media Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in employee engagement, internal communications, and health & wellbeing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messages for various audiences.
  • Creative mindset with experience or interest in digital content development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint and content creation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for enhancing workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering health & safety communication campaigns.
  • Create accessible content for various digital channels, including intranet articles and newsletters.
  • Simplify complex health & safety topics into clear messages.
  • Facilitate workshops and events to boost employee engagement.
  • Develop visual communication materials tailored for different employee groups.
  • Maintain and update communication channels and content libraries.
  • Support the analysis and reporting of communication metrics.
  • Collaborate with Health & Safety and Communications teams on various initiatives.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
