Qualifications

• Proficient programming skills in C++ or Java
• Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Genuine interest in financial markets (prior knowledge not required)
• Full professional fluency in English
• Commitment to a four-year work-integrated master’s programme
• Availability for a minimum of 24 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance technology for energy trading
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Create real-time pricing and trading systems, exchange connectivity, and analytics tools
• Collaborate with traders, researchers, and engineers
• Contribute to the growth and culture of a new local team in Aarhus
