The Managing Director is a senior executive responsible for leading a key partnership in clinical strategic operations within the pharmaceutical sector. • Act as the senior operational liaison between the organization and the client's clinical development team.
• Lead the Preferred Provider Partnership, shaping strategic resourcing models and identifying collaboration opportunities.
• Mobilize global functions to proactively address client needs and drive organic growth and customer satisfaction.
• Chair Operational Governance Committees and oversee operational escalations to ensure delivery excellence.
• Manage program risks and optimize delivery performance in collaboration with global teams.
• Support financial tracking and partnership opportunities, aiming for annual revenues exceeding $100M.
• Mentor global teams and foster collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Extensive expertise in Clinical Development and Operations.
• Strong understanding of Pharma/Biotech business models and challenges.
• 15 to 20 years of experience in relevant fields such as clinical operations, project management, or business development.
• Proven experience in senior client management and partnership development.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities across global teams.
• Solid financial analysis skills and strategic decision-making abilities.

Education

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
