Responsibilities

• Innovate and evolve product portfolios in line with the creative vision.
• Generate ideas for collections and expand design aesthetics.
• Lead the design team through all creative processes, ensuring quality and alignment with aesthetic goals.
• Collaborate with various teams including Innovation, Design Development, and Merchandising.
• Oversee the development of concepts, designs, and prototypes, ensuring feasibility for mass production.
