This role serves as the technical lead for vision and inspection technologies within the Advanced Manufacturing team, focusing on enhancing product quality and operational reliability across manufacturing sites in EMEA. The expert will evaluate, select, and implement solutions that align with quality and safety goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of vision and inspection technologies, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and scalable.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for successful installations and validations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations for proposed solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improving defect detection and process robustness.
• Coordinate regional rollouts of technologies and facilitate cross-site collaboration.
• Troubleshoot vision and inspection-related issues in collaboration with plant teams.
