Job summary

This role involves supporting the development and execution of corporate strategy for a leading alternative asset manager. The position requires collaboration with senior management and the Board of Directors to drive strategic initiatives and improve business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, M&A advisory, or a similar corporate finance environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly structured and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining strategic priorities with senior management and the Board.
• Conduct analyses of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics.
• Identify opportunities for improvement across investment, operational, and technology functions.
• Support internal forums such as strategy offsites and town hall meetings.
• Collaborate on distribution strategy and fundraising planning with relevant leaders.
• Lead the Strategy Implementation Framework and monitor progress on initiatives.
• Prepare management presentations and reporting materials.
• Support corporate development initiatives and coordinate shareholder engagement activities.
