UX Designer I

Job summary

The role involves designing intuitive digital experiences within a collaborative and research-driven environment. The UX Designer I will support projects of small to medium scope, primarily working within established frameworks while suggesting new design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Understand the impact of UI design on overall user experience.
• Utilize customer frameworks such as personas and journey maps.

• Explore problems by asking the right questions and identifying creative solutions.
• Contribute to product discussions and seek opportunities for innovation.

• Ensure UX is implemented as designed by working closely with visual designers and developers.
• Use data to establish key metrics and test design work with users.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in UX design.
• Familiarity with the tech stack relevant to the product.
• Proficient in design software such as Axure, Sketch, and InVision.
• Understanding of designing for various platforms.
• Ability to communicate designs effectively to developers.
