UX Designer (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves shaping user experiences for a critical intelligence product, focusing on the development of SitaWare Insight, an AI-powered platform for military commanders. The UX Designer will work closely with developers to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX design, interaction design, or a related field
• Proven experience in a UX design role, with a portfolio showcasing interaction design work at the implementation level
• Proficiency in Figma, including familiarity with AI-assisted design tools like Figma Make
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and attention to detail
• Ability to navigate stakeholder relationships in a complex, multi-team environment
• Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for AI capabilities within SitaWare Insight, applying strong interaction design principles
• Contribute to the suite-wide design system and shared patterns bank maintained by the UX team
• Facilitate concept creation sessions with internal stakeholders to bridge problem and solution spaces
• Build the UX presence in Copenhagen while collaborating with UX colleagues in Aarhus
• Support developers through high-fidelity prototyping to ensure designs are realized as intended
