About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on driving user acquisition for mobile applications within a fast-growing global mobile growth function, emphasizing performance-driven campaigns primarily on Meta and TikTok.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, specifically with proven results on Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, unit economics, and mobile growth funnels.
  • Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs), particularly AppsFlyer, and knowledge of SKAdNetwork principles.
  • Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B1+ level in English).

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across major channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools.
  • Scale acquisition channels while maintaining target CPA and LTV thresholds.
  • Test and iterate on new creative concepts and audience segments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct deep performance analysis to understand funnel behavior and profitability drivers.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine targeting strategies.
