Job summary

Seeking a Product Designer dedicated to creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. The role involves collaboration with product managers and developers to design user flows, wireframes, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to grasp product goals, user needs, and business requirements.
• Design comprehensive user experiences, including flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended vision.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and data to enhance product usability and aesthetics.
• Maintain and optimize design systems for consistency across the product.
• Clearly communicate design decisions and document UX/UI specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and cross-functional discussions.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT/Claude) to enhance ideation and streamline design tasks.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and app design, preferably in Web3 or fintech sectors.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Basic understanding of frontend development and the handoff process is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.
