Job summary

The role of Transport Validation Specialist focuses on ensuring the compliant transport of pharmaceutical products globally. This position involves end-to-end transport validation, data analysis, and system ownership of a logger solution to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biology, quality management, chemical engineering, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in quality, supply chain, validation, logistics, or distribution.
• Familiarity with GDP, validation, temperature-controlled distribution, and transport qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and experience in data interpretation.
• Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and set professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end transport validation, including qualification of transport solutions and routes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for transport validation and contribute to global distribution strategy.
• Represent distribution in quality audits from customers and authorities.
• Maintain updated GDP requirements in relevant processes.
• Support the development of distribution flows for new product launches.
• Participate in quarterly quality reviews and analyze global shipment temperature data.
• Own the logger tool quality management system and manage incidents.
• Stay informed on thermal shipping solutions and logger technologies.
• Support Quality Management Systems and compliance management activities.
