About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on driving business transformation within Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM), managing a global portfolio of high-value programmes to ensure sustainable change and operational excellence. The position is based in EMEA and involves occasional travel.

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 5+ years of experience in complex programmes and portfolios, particularly in transformation consulting or internal transformation roles
  • Proven expertise in business transformation and change management
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Act as a change agent for FREM’s transformation agenda
  • Manage the transformation portfolio, including demand shaping and prioritisation
  • Lead portfolio governance and review cycles
  • Identify and resolve dependencies and resource conflicts
  • Strengthen benefit realisation and adoption of best practices
  • Lead complex, cross-functional global transformation programmes
  • Communicate change effectively across diverse operational environments

Skills

  • Strong personal drive and ownership mindset
  • Ability to simplify complexity and drive structured problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

  • University degree required

Tools

  • Experience with tools such as Planview for project management
