This role focuses on driving business transformation within Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM), emphasizing the importance of managing a global portfolio of facilities and real estate assets. Qualifications

  • A university degree with over 5 years of experience in managing complex programmes and portfolios.
  • Proven expertise in business transformation and change management, preferably with a background in consulting or internal transformation roles.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic approach to execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities at senior levels.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a change agent for FREM’s transformation agenda, overseeing both portfolio management and high-value global programmes.
  • Manage the transformation portfolio, including demand shaping, prioritization, and governance.
  • Identify and resolve dependencies, constraints, and resource conflicts.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programmes, ensuring sustainable change across various operational aspects.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and external partners, driving change communication that resonates across diverse environments.

  • Strong personal drive and ownership mindset.
  • Structured problem-solving abilities with a knack for simplifying complexity.
  • Capacity to navigate between executive discussions and operational realities.

Education

  • University degree required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with tools such as Planview to enhance delivery efficiency.
