Trade Marketing Activation Manager (FMCG, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves driving the success of customer investment strategies through the analysis of trade promotion tactics and the development of actionable insights. The individual will be responsible for optimizing promotional strategies and enhancing sales growth within the veterinary channel.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
• Proven experience in leading multi-functional teams, preferably in the FMCG or veterinary sectors.
• Ability to translate complex insights into actionable opportunities and narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate trade marketing activities within the veterinary channel according to the annual execution plan.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for promotion optimization.
• Manage the ordering, development, and production of communication and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with various teams to drive profitable sales and market share growth.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to support promotional strategies that meet sales and profitability objectives.
• Oversee sales-supporting tools and related development projects, including loyalty programs.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with the sales team to influence retailer execution of market plans.
• Conduct post-campaign evaluations to enhance future campaign effectiveness.

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with digital platforms.
• Experience with syndicated data sources like IRI or Nielsen.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or SAP is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
