Job summary

This role focuses on driving the success of customer investment strategies through data analysis and actionable insights. The individual will be responsible for trade marketing activities within the veterinary channel, optimizing promotions, and collaborating with various teams to enhance sales and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Proven experience leading multi-functional teams, preferably in the FMCG or veterinary sectors.
  • Ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies and narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate trade marketing activities in the VET channel according to the annual execution plan.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for promotion optimization.
  • Manage the ordering, development, and production of promotional materials for both in-clinic and online use.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Portfolio, Category, and regional teams to drive sales growth in North Europe.
  • Conduct analyses to support promotional strategies that meet sales and profitability goals.
  • Oversee sales-supporting tools and related development projects, including loyalty programs.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with the sales team to influence retailers effectively.
  • Evaluate post-campaign performance to enhance future campaigns and ROI.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong technical skills in digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data sources like IRI or Nielsen.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SAP is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
