Job summary

The role involves the development and testing of silicon photonics and semiconductor programs, collaborating with international teams to implement design features effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor photonic industry.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering and programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop silicon photonic test concepts and hardware, collaborating with vendors for implementation.
• Conduct device characterization and data analysis, providing feedback to designers for optimal silicon performance.
• Focus on yield improvement and reduction of test time while maintaining high efficiency standards.

Skills

• Strong background in photonic testing or validation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and VBA.
• Knowledge of probability and statistics tools, such as JMP, is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
