Test Analyst

Job summary

The role involves working as a QA tester within a dedicated team, focusing on quality assurance and testing activities throughout project lifecycles. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective testing processes and integration of automated tests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience in implementing automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Define and support the integration test approach for projects.
• Estimate, prioritize, and execute testing activities.
• Provide regular reporting through KPIs related to test plans and automation strategies.
• Investigate non-conforming software and train users on solutions.
• Collaborate with QA team members to standardize testing tools and approaches.
• Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement a CI/CD strategy.
• Offer technical guidance and best practices to software development and business operations teams.
• Contribute to defining and monitoring company quality standards.
• Manage risks associated with the test plan and assist in risk identification.
