Job summary

This role involves working with communication service providers to modernize operations through innovative telecom software solutions. The Telecom Solutions Architect will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding both technical and business stakeholders in solution design and implementation.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in designing, developing, or deploying telecom BSS/OSS solutions in telecom, mobile, web, or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of telecom architectures, operational workflows, and emerging technologies like 5G monetization and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing solution architecture or consulting roles, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred background in software development, systems integration, or program management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data and metrics for recommendations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in matrixed environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with analytics and data management tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for supporting Spanish-speaking customers.
