• Over 10 years of experience in designing, developing, or deploying telecom BSS/OSS solutions in telecom, mobile, web, or SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of telecom architectures, operational workflows, and emerging technologies like 5G monetization and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing solution architecture or consulting roles, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred background in software development, systems integration, or program management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data and metrics for driving recommendations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in remote settings while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with analytics and data management tools is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are advantageous for supporting Spanish-speaking customers.
