The role involves providing advanced technical support for global sales companies, key channel partners, and customers, focusing on complex challenges related to pumps, valves, cleaning, and mixing equipment in the food, dairy, personal care, and pharmaceutical sectors. The position requires a blend of hands-on troubleshooting, customer interaction, and collaboration with various internal teams to ensure high-quality support and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Dairy Technology, Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Experience in the food, dairy, pharma, personal care, or process industries is essential.
  • Technical knowledge of process equipment such as pumps, valves, and mixing systems is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with commissioning, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or design of process plants.
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills across global teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer support or technical roles at a regional or global level is a plus.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • A passion for technical troubleshooting and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues both remotely and onsite for customers worldwide.
  • Address advanced technical queries and assist in claim resolution activities.
  • Support the selection, sizing, and configuration of engineered products using technical tools.
  • Participate in customer meetings, providing specialist-level technical guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, Product Management, and internal support teams.
  • Build strong networks for efficient problem-solving and customer support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements and knowledge sharing within the organization.
