The role involves implementing and supporting digital healthcare solutions, specifically focusing on a leading traceability system for sterile supply management. Qualifications

  • Experience in technical support, application support, system implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Strong IT knowledge including Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and networking
  • Experience working directly with customers in a technical environment
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and implement digital health solutions at customer sites
  • Provide technical support both remotely and on-site
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system integration issues
  • Deliver user training and technical workshops for healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure successful project deliveries
  • Support customers in optimizing their use of solutions throughout the system lifecycle

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies

Education

  • Relevant technical or IT qualifications preferred

Tools

  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems and system integrations is a plus
