About the role

Job summary

The role involves leading the technical development of the Salesforce marketing stack with a focus on B2B initiatives. The Technical CRM Manager will collaborate with CRM Managers and various teams to support marketing campaigns and partner communications globally.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in end-to-end CRM development or implementation, particularly in Lifecycle & Retention marketing.
  • Expertise in AMPScript and SQL, with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
  • Understanding of relational databases and experience in setting up a Contact Data Model.
  • Exposure to multi-channel platforms like Braze is preferred, with a willingness to learn.
  • Self-starter with an adaptable work style, capable of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure deliverability of B2B marketing campaigns and lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Scope and implement data flows from various sources to enhance CRM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Data teams to manage marketing messaging through data integrations.
  • Optimize communication channels including email, SMS, and push notifications using AMPScript and SQL.
  • Implement processes for managing the B2B marketing database and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Set up tracking across channels to measure marketing impact.

Skills

  • Proficiency in AMPScript and SQL.
  • Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with low-code automation tools is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, AMPScript, HTML/CSS, and data integration tools.
