Qualifications

• Strong background in business analysis and translating operational needs into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with user research, user journeys, and workshop facilitation.
• Practical experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Good understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and system architecture.
• Experience in agile product development teams.
• Effective communication skills with both operational and technical stakeholders.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Define use cases and user journeys for AI and computer vision initiatives.
• Map current workflows for deviation investigations and identify user pain points.
• Translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
• Engage in technical discussions regarding cameras, video management systems, and AI/ML models.
• Evaluate processing options across edge, on-premises, and cloud environments.
• Define data requirements and assess data quality.
• Establish metrics for product performance and user adoption.
• Support compliance with GxP and EU AI Act regulations.
• Assist in defining the product vision and roadmap.

Skills

• Experience with AI, machine learning, and data products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and regulated environments is a plus.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a technical or analytical field is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with data analysis tools and project management software is beneficial.
