Supply Chain Professional (Biopharmaceutical, Hellerup)

Job summary

This role involves optimizing supply chain systems and ensuring high-quality master data within a global biopharmaceutical organization. The position focuses on enhancing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platform and maintaining efficient planning and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or Data.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., D365, SAP, OMP, Maestro).

Responsibilities

• Act as a superuser for D365, ensuring it supports Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
• Maintain and update master data in D365, performing regular data quality checks.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and master data management.
• Support improvements to D365 and related digital tools, managing change requests and collaborating with IT.
• Provide training and support to colleagues on effective use of D365.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement of supply chain systems.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and coach effectively.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
