Supply Chain Intern (In-office, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This is a paid summer internship position focused on supporting a supply chain team in a fast-paced hardware environment. The role involves both routine operational tasks and project-based work, allowing for specialization in areas such as warehouse management, procurement, production planning, or logistics.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
• Motivated to learn and contribute effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including customs paperwork preparation.
• Manage small recurring purchases and maintain data hygiene in ERP systems.
• Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to monthly KPI reporting and supply chain briefs.
• Lead or participate in projects related to warehouse optimization and logistics processes.

Skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a hands-on environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with import/export processes and customs documentation is a plus.

Education

• Relevant academic background in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.

Tools

• Experience with Odoo ERP system is advantageous.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets and data management tools.
