Supply Chain Development Manager

Job summary

The Supply Chain Development Manager serves as the business process expert for current and future Supply Chain processes within the North Europe cluster. This role is responsible for implementing the market Do It Best (DiB) program, focusing on cost, service, and sustainability, while also driving the development of new capabilities across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is preferred
• Extensive experience in Supply Chain management within a global or European context
• Proven project management experience in supply chain/logistics
• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with digital tools like Power BI is a plus
• Effective influencing and collaboration skills in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Lead the enhancement of Supply Chain performance and capabilities across the North Europe cluster
• Implement new technical and digital solutions within the cluster
• Standardize and harmonize processes and reporting
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in cost and sustainability initiatives
• Manage the Cost to Serve tool and related initiatives
• Oversee the 3PL tender process and manage transitions
• Support changes to Route to Market (RTM)
• Represent the cluster in regional Supply Chain Development forums
• Develop standard operating procedures and assist with training
• Act as PMO for project delivery in Supply Chain
• Champion Logistics Sustainability and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)

Skills

• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Proficient in LEAN concepts and value stream mapping
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings across various functions

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
