Student Worker (Research, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This position offers an opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in a multinational bio-pharmaceutical company located in Copenhagen. The role involves supporting various steps of the research workflow and performing logistics tasks within the laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (or starting a Master’s) in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field at a Danish university.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's large sample bank, including compound registration.
• Prepare stock solutions, buffers, HPLC solvents, and weigh compounds.
• Handle packages containing dry ice and coordinate with delivery services.
• Assist with quality control analysis in Compound Management.
• Perform daily laboratory tasks and occasionally support reception duties.

Skills

• Attention to detail and precision in following laboratory protocols.
• Strong time-management abilities.
• A solid work ethic and a passion for research in the pharmaceutical industry.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a Danish university is required.

Tools
