Student Worker – Quality Governance & Software Metrics

Job summary

This role involves supporting global initiatives in software quality governance within a large international software organization. The student worker will contribute to the development of structured software quality reporting and metrics, collaborating closely with various teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 2-3 years remaining in studies preferred.
• Strong interest in software reporting, CI/CD, or DevOps.
• Structured, analytical, and self-driven approach to work.
• Comfortable working with structured data; experience with Jira, SonarQube, and Grafana is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of DevOps and software metrics is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish is not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a software quality report based on existing data.
• Refine data gathering processes and automate relevant data aggregation and analysis.
• Create a DORA-based metrics framework for DevOps pipelines and other metrics for the development life cycle.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant degree program in IT or related fields.

Tools

• Familiarity with Jira, SonarQube, and Grafana is preferred.
