Student Worker – Quality Governance & Software Metrics

Job summary

This role involves supporting global initiatives in software quality governance within a large international software organization. The position is designed for a student who will contribute to the development of structured software quality reporting and metrics, working closely with the System Test team and various software development teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 2-3 years remaining in studies preferred.
• Strong interest in software reporting, CI/CD, or DevOps.
• Structured, analytical, and self-driven approach to work.
• Comfortable working with structured data; experience with Jira, SonarQube, and Grafana is advantageous.
• Interest in or basic understanding of DevOps and software metrics is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish is not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a software quality report based on existing data.
• Refine data gathering processes and automate relevant data aggregation and analysis.
• Develop a DORA-based metrics framework for DevOps pipelines and other metrics for the development lifecycle.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with software development processes and tools.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
