Student Worker in Logistics (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This position involves supporting the Logistics team at a major food company, focusing on warehousing and transport operations across the Nordics. The role is based in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business Economics with at least two years remaining.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a curious mindset.
• Experience with SAP and/or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage transport claims and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers on various warehousing and transport topics.
• Analyze cost trends in Nordic warehouses to identify savings opportunities.
• Prepare and support KPI reporting, including monthly logistics health checks.
• Assist with sustainability reporting related to logistics operations.
