About the role

Job summary

This position is for a Student Worker in Logistics, providing hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain operations within a large international organization. The role involves supporting day-to-day logistics tasks and various projects related to warehousing and transport across the Nordics.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business Economics) with at least two years remaining.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Structured work approach with good time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a curious mindset.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage transport claims and coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers on warehousing and transport issues.
  • Analyze cost trends in Nordic warehouses and identify savings opportunities.
  • Prepare and assist in KPI reporting, including monthly logistics health checks.
  • Support sustainability reporting and data management related to logistics operations.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program with at least two years left to study.

Tools
