Qualifications

• Strong financial and analytical skills with a keen interest in supply chain and logistics.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working with data and generating structured reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transport cost analysis, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings in transport and logistics.
• Prepare performance dashboards and KPI reports for transport activities.
• Support inbound and outbound transport operations for service materials.
• Contribute to business cases for new logistics solutions or process improvements.
• Follow up on carrier performance and prepare related documentation.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks related to customs, freight, and scheduling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across Global Distribution.
